Cycle Time::

Sized 1000*1100mm(diameter*height): 8-10 minutes.* Sized 1600*1800mm(diameter*height): 10 - 15 minutes.**Substrate age, geometry and the time between maintenance intervals (cleaning shields/changing of oil), can adversely affect the cycle time.

Normal Vacuum Operating Range:

5x10-6 to 1.5 x10-4 mbar.

Vacuum Coater Operating Environment:

75 OF @ 50% RH or lower provide the optimum environment for the fastest cycle times.

Substrate material:

Any vacuum stable material

Substrate Condition:

Ideal conditions, that yield the fastest cycle times, use parts directly from the plastic injection molding press or base coating line.

Power Requirements:

380V/3P/50 or 60 Hz @ 300 Amps, with a peak demand of 500 amps

Water and Air:

17 GPM (67.0 l/m @ 15-26°C), 80 psi (5.5 bar)

Production Capacity:

Sized 1000*1100mm(diameter*height): Either eight (8) 430 mm (16.92 inches) or six (6) 540mm (21.25 inches) planets with a total length of 1000mm (42.52 inches)
